Having built a successful business from nothing, Amanda knows the challenges faced by the smaller enterprise. Through sheer determination and belief she has managed to turn her business into a true success story. Now she is a speaker on topical issues such as the challenges for the smaller business enterprise; balancing your lifestyle; planning your life for success; coaching as a tool; what it means to be “coached”; life turnaround techniques; transforming the performance of your people; getting over the fear of public speaking; creating goals that get achieved; do what you love and love what you do; the power of belief; communicating; and motivating employees effectively. Her work takes her around the UK, Europe, Middle East and USA.

Amanda, is the Managing Director of Chester based OPTIMUM Coaching Limited, a specialist business and personal development coaching company that Amanda established, to provide corporate clients with coaches who had extensive business and personal development experience as well as strong coaching skills. She is also Managing Director of OPTIMUM Training Limited that specialises in health, safety and welfare. As an entrepreneur, she also runs two other businesses, one in property and one in health.

Amanda has recently developed a unique 2 day self development programme called Mastering the Art of Powerful Performance which has received outstanding reviews from delegates and is currently planning to produce a book of the same title.
