An individual who enrols in any of our MindFocus, PhotoReading®, Accelerated Learning or DebtFree classes through OPTIMUM Coaching or OPTIMUM Training may request a full refund if the participant is dissatisfied with the instructor, course content, course materials, or the way the course is being presented after the participant has attended one class session and before the second is scheduled to begin.

After attending the full programme, a participant may request a refund, except for 25%, providing the participant demonstrates that he/she has completed the course assignments. This request must be delivered to OPTIMUM Coaching Limited within 60 days of beginning the class.

Satisfaction may also be determined by the course evaluation questionnaire (and follow-up procedure for in-company training).

All requests for refunds shall be made in writing to OPTIMUM Coaching Limited. All participant Course Materials shall be returned to OPTIMUM Coaching Limited to receive a refund.
